Musnad Ahmed is the CEO & Founder at SkyTech™. Since taking on this position in 2013, he has led the company to consistent yearly double-digit growth. His responsibilities include development of strategies, and execution of those strategies, performance management, leadership development, culture building, and setting short and long term business objectives for the operation.

Mehedul Hasan

Operations Manager

Mehedul Hasan has had many years of experience managing Call Center Operations. Mehedul’s passion for telemarketing soon earned him his current position today as the Operation Manager. Mehedul responsible for directing the activities of the Customer Service, Telemarketing/Lead Generation and Appointment Setting Departments. Duties included; meeting/exceeding sales goals, ensuring customer care delivery metrics, staff recruiting and performance reviews.

Mohim Chowdhury Mimo

Team Leader, Operations

Mohim Chowdhury Mimo manages operations, including sales, compliance, and coaching teams. He analyzes performance data to identify opportunities for improvement. His duty also includes reorganize work flow and reallocated staffing to increase sales, decrease costs, and improve KPI’s. He drives to improve morale and performance in the midst of major changes to the business and uncertainty in the industry.

Ahmed Mizu

Sr. Executive, Business Development

Ahmed Mizu joined the SkyTech team in 2014. His core job includes Brand and business development by creating company’s mission and developed realistic business objectives. Directed and/or managed all activities associated with Call Center operations, including developing and implementing policies and procedures on systems to ensure productivity met or exceeded service and quality standards.

Sheak Shariful Tanim

Sr Executive, IT Support

Sheak Shariful Tanim has been managing IT and security for call center environments for the past 3 years. His responsibilities include managing IT, programming, and security needs for the company and our client’s integrations. Developed and implemented appropriate sales and marketing programs to meet current and future customer needs.

Asif Kolin

Team Lead, Quality Assurance

Asif Kolin is responsible for the day-to-day operations of SkyTech™. He is also responsible for our training and quality departments. With his strong leadership background and excellent communications skills, he drives excellent performance and results and maintains high client satisfaction. He also instituted call quality management systems to improve sales quality.
